Chocolate Brownie Cupcakes

Hello Readers

Deviation from the usual makeup talk and getting a breather. I have decided to post a very easy chocolate cupcakes recipe with you all. I have made these cupcakes countless times and this recipe has never failed me.

This recipe was actually for a cake but I usually make cupcakes with it. You can too bake a with it without altering the recipe. Just pour the batter in a cake mold and bake a cake. Super easy.

Ingredients:
For 12 cupcakes
Eggs-3(Large)
Oil or butter(melted)-3/4 cups
Sugar(Finely Ground)-1 cup
Vanilla Essence(Optional) -1/2 tsp
Coffee Mixture (1tsp Coffee dissolved in 3Tbsp warm Milk)

Dry Ingredients:

Flour- 1 1/4 cups
Cocoa Powder 3/4 cups
PS For best results sift the above ingredients before hand
Baking Powder- 1 tsp
Baking Soda- 1/4 tsp

Sifting Flour

Procedure:

Bowl 1:

Sift the flour and put it in a bowl.
Sift the cocoa powder and add it to the flour.
Add baking powder and baking soda to the dry mixture.
Put it aside.

Bowl 2:(Use an electric beater)

Beat the butter/oil with sugar for approximately 2 minutes at high speed.
Add each egg turn by turn while beating at medium speed.
Add the vanilla essence and beat some more.

Add the dry mixture of bowl 1 to bowl 2 and using a spatula or a wooden spoon start folding the two mixtures in.
When the dry mixture has settled within the bowl use your electric beater for a full minute on high speed.
Add the coffee mixture.
(PS If you are  making these for your children skip the coffee and just add warm milk)

A Super Shortcut:
This shortcut is to be used if you have a very good electric beater.
Sift all the dry ingredients together and then add all the fluid ingredients.
Beat them all together for a good 3-4 minutes on high speed and that's it.

Grease  your cupcakes tray with oil and put in your paper cupcake liners.
You can skin the cupcake liners but in that case make sure you have greased your tray well.

Bake in a pre-heated oven for 15-18 minutes at 180 degrees.
Time varies oven to oven. This time is for my gas operated oven. It might take more time in an electric oven so be sure to check on your cupcakes after 15 minutes or so.
How to check???
Insert a skewer right in the middle of the cupcake, if it comes out clean the cup cakes are done!!

Chocolate Ganache:

Ganache
I don't follow a strict recipe for my ganache. I just melt a block of chocolate on a pan and add milk (2Tbsp approx) and cream( Could be fresh or Tetra Pack). Mix it with your whisk and its done.
Pour it on your cup cakes while its hot and put some colorful sprinkles on it.

You must try it and give me your feedback!!
Have a yummy weekend!
